USER AGREEMENT

Keep in mind that when you sign up for any package, including a trial period, you are committed to paying for an automatic upgrade.
You must provide valid, complete and accurate information about your account. You must promptly update all information regarding your account (e.g., change of payer address, card number or expiration date). When you become a Member, you consent and consent to receive emails from us. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY PROVIDES THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, IN RESPECT OF THE SERVICE OR THE WEBSITE (INCLUDING ALL CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN) INCLUDING (WITHOUT EXCEPTION) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR SALE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF COPYRIGHT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS ON THE WEBSITE OR ON THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED. ACCESS TO ANY MATERIALS DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR SITE IS AT YOUR DISCRETION AND AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL ITEMS AND BASES FOR CLAIMS IN RESPECT OF ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, INTERNET ACCESS DEVICE TO DOWNLOAD AND DISPLAY, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF DATA THAT HAS HAPPENED OR CAN HAPPEN AS A RESULT OF DOWNLOADING ANY SUCH MATERIAL. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE LIMITS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO DOWNLOAD OR OBTAIN ANY CONTENT USING THE SERVICE OR WEBSITE.
21. THE REPARATION ON YOUR PART.
You agree to indemnify and hold Elite Club, its subsidiaries and affiliates, its employees, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys ' fees, incurred by any third party as a result of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or as a result of your failure to comply with this Agreement and/or your failure to comply with any statement or warranty set forth above. The company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will be obliged to fully assist the Company in such a situation.
22. NO THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES.
You agree that, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, there will be no third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement.
23. RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTIES.
For non-performance or improper performance of the terms of this Agreement, the Parties shall be liable under Russian law. Illegal use of text and graphic information posted on the Site is prosecuted in accordance with applicable law and regulations. All disputes arising in connection with non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Agreement, the Parties will be resolved through negotiations.
24. OTHER PROVISIONS AND CHANGES.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Elite Club with respect to your use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement may be amended by Elite Club at any time. If, at the time of the changes, you are A member without a subscription, the amended terms will become effective upon posting on the Elite Club website and your use of the Service after such replacement will be deemed your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you Are a member with a subscription at the time of the change, this Agreement will continue to govern your participation until you renew your subscription as described in Section 12. If you continue to use your subscription, your renewal will be deemed your acceptance of the modified terms of the Agreement. Or, if you cancel your subscription at such time, your use of the Service after cancellation will be deemed your acceptance of the Agreement.
25. Final provision
Ah. All possible disputes concerning the Agreement between the User and the Service will be regulated in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
b. Recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement invalid shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
